[mktemp-announce] mktemp 1.6 released

Portable mktemp version 1.6 is now available.

Changes since mktemp 1.5:
 o Temporary file names no longer use the process ID as part of the name
 o Use arc4random_uniform() instead of random() or lrand48()
 o The prngd or egd daemon can now be used on systems without /dev/urandom
 o Added long option support for compatibility with GNU coreutils version
 o Fixed an installation issue on Cygwin
